Community Pool Area Update

We hope this message finds you well and enjoying the transition into the fall season.

Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout the construction of the community pool facility and adjacent amenities. We recognize the anticipation surrounding these improvements and appreciate your continued support.

As many of you are aware, the project has experienced various delays, primarily due to weather-related conditions during late spring. Saturated soil in the amenity area significantly impacted construction activity, including multiple collapses of the initial pool form. These setbacks required repeated remediation efforts by the contractor, resulting in approximately 60 days of cumulative delays over the summer. Notably, no work was able to be completed during the month of May.

Despite these challenges, we’re pleased to share that meaningful progress has been made over the summer months. Completed and ongoing improvements include:

• Pool gunite sprayed & awaiting plaster
• Pool deck installed
• Sidewalk construction underway
• Dog park fencing installed
• Pergolas installed

Additionally, the playground equipment is now onsite and awaiting the installation of the concrete border footer. Fencing around the pool area is scheduled to be installed within the next few days.

The builder is actively working to complete the pool and adjacent common area amenities within the next 60 days, pending no further weather-related delays.
